Unlike trout flies, saltwater flies can be challenging to learn given the lack of standard proportions and the variety of “new” synthetic materials being used. This class is designed to teach the basic skills and techniques to master the patterns needed to fool bonefish, permit, snook, redfish, etc. You will leave with a foundation of material knowledge and design to tie many variations of saltwater flats flies.
